The Warsaw, Indiana office of Refior Law Office, which is ideally located on the shore of beautiful Center Lake in Warsaw, Indiana, was founded in the fall of 1981 by Paul D. Refior (“Rafe”).

Click HereRafe graduated with honors in 1975 from the University of Iowa College of Law (where he had served as President of the Iowa Student Bar Association) and was admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa in June 1975. He began his legal career as a Navy JAG lawyer stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. In 1978 Rafe was admitted to practice law in Wyoming where he joined a trial practice in Pinedale, Wyoming, nestled in the Rocky Mountains. In 1980 Rafe and his family left Wyoming for a year of sabbatical, to engage in Bible-based missionary work under The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) in the city of Takamatsu, Japan. Upon his return to the states in 1981, he opened Refior Law Office where he continues his practice.
